Memebox #8 Review – Korean Beauty Subscription Box

Here is the 8th edition of Memebox….which is crazy considering that they are currently selling the 16th edition! Whatttt….seriously how much of these do they pop out a month lol?!
Box: Memebox is a Korean beauty box. It’s not a monthly subscription, but boxes are available for purchase when they periodically come on sale. Members find out when new boxes are available through email.
Price: $23 ($5.99-$7.99 s/h; varies by location). (You get $7 in points back though every time you buy a box.)
Contents: Various full-size and sample sizes of Korean beauty products, curated by Korean beauty experts & ‘Get It Beauty’ production team.

Information card.
Hairich Vedacell Hair Program Shampoo (Value $6.77):
I’m not too excited about this since I use a color depositing shampoo for my red hair, but this sounds great! It’s free of sulfates, silicon, and synthetic dyes.
Max Clinic Caviar Massage Oil Foam Cleanser (Value $73):
$73?!?! Omg! I assume it’s because this is made with caviar oil…I can’t wait to use such an expensive cleanser lol.

Flower Men Energy Factory Moist Boosting Sheet Mask (Value $4):
This is the coolest looking sheet mask ever! I think it’s PSY (the Gangnam style dude!)
TonyMoly BCDATION SPF 30 + Sample (Value $3.50 for both):
I actually like how Memebox often gives sample packets along with sample sizes of some of their products; it’s great for travel or allows you to share with friends 🙂
Heart Face Ultra Pore Care Sleeping Pack (Value $9.80):
This is to be used as a night time moisturizer. It is also supposed to help minimize your pores!

Secret Key Snow White Cream (Value $21):
This is a whitening cream, and properly named! I don’t use these, but I know it’s a popular trend in Asian countries. I love that it comes with a little spatula!
Final Thoughts: This was an okay box for me; not my favorite since it was all skincare, but it’s always a fun box to open. It’s actually always exciting for me to rummage through this box, as all the Korean brands are unfamiliar to me. The value of this box was a whopping $118! That’s a deal if I’ver heard of one 🙂 Definitely check out Memebox if you want to try out some Korean beauty/skincare items.

There's a slight fishy smell to the caviar cleanser, but I like it. It's not astringent at all and it foams up nicely. Definitely a favorite. It reminds me of the B. Kamins vegetable cleanser, but fish-based – which is weird, since their ingredients are nothing alike.
