Vegan Cuts Beauty Box Review August 2014

Sometime last week I got my first ever Vegan Cuts Beauty Box, and you could say I was excited! I’ve had my eye on this box for a long time, and when they offered to send me one to check out, I jumped on the chance!
Box: Vegan Cuts Beauty Box is a monthly beauty/makeup subscription box.
Price: 19.95/month.
Contents: 4-7 sample or full-sized vegan and cruelty-free products, ranging from makeup, to skincare, and more!

Here is the information card listing all the products, which is really nice. I like how it lists the companies social handles.

Zabana Essentials ‘French Green’ Facial Cleansing Bar (Value $1.50?):
My skin has been very angry lately (too much stress!), so I’m definitely going to use this. Hopefully it will soothe my skin a bit.
Pacifica Alight BB-Cream (Value $5):
I received this previously in a beauty subscription box, and it was okay for me. (I prefer my BB-creams to have a bit more coverage than this one has.)
Enfusia Spa Salt Muscle Soak (Value $2):
My new house that I’m moving into (hopefully next week), has a bath tub, so I was all for this until I found out that it had ripped in shipping 🙁 There was salt all over the box! It smelled good, but that was a total bummer, and a total mess.
Emani Mineral Hybrid Creme in ‘Speechless’ (Value $18):
Full-size makeup product! Whoo!  This is beautiful, 100% vegan, and can be used on the eyes, lips, and cheeks.

Balanced Guru ‘Fearless’ Energy Mist (Value $8):
Another full-sized product. I love the idea of this aromatherapy spray, as it’s supposed to leave you feeling more grounded and able to take on the tasks for that day. I hope this works!
Final Thoughts: I think this was a good first impression of the Vegan Cuts Beauty Box, besides the fact that one of my products broke 🙁 I love that we got 2 full-sized products (both being very intriguing and new to me brands), and it was a great blend of cosmetics, and skin care. The packaging was very nice, and it’s a great box for people who want to use cosmetics with healthier ingredients. The value of this box was around $35, which is great for a box that costs less than $20! I’d be happy to see what’s in the next box for sure 🙂
